We aspire to become Chicago’s premier minority construction services firm. In 2022, our strategic goal is to train and prepare more minorities for success in the construction trade industry. We commit to hiring in underrepresented neighborhoods and to boost mentorship opportunities for young adults interested in learning a new and marketable skill-set to improve their standard of living.
